Tandem Real Estate is a company specializing in property splitting, but not only: land holding, co-development and even real estate development. Our objective is to be a major player in residential real estate. Missions related to Developer Development:

- Sourcing new real estate projects

- Analysis of developer balance sheets and program feasibility studies

- Conducting market research (new and existing properties) to determine reference price Missions related to Financial Structuring:

- Data modeling (profit sharing, landlord rating, NP price) in the internal balance sheet

- Preparation of the future call for funds schedule (VEFA) and calculation of future financial expenses

- Drafting and presentation of documents for the real estate committee with our shareholder MCH*

- Drafting letters of intent (LOI) and commitments after approval by the real estate committee

- Structuring financing and negotiating files with banks

- Monitoring financial flows until the transaction closes
