At Clinique Saint-Georges, I was responsible for the nutritional management of patients based on their pathology. I intervened in rooms to assess their needs, analyze their eating habits, and propose adapted recommendations. I participated in the development and adjustment of menus in collaboration with the medical team. My role was to support patients towards therapeutic nutrition that promoted their recovery, while respecting their individual preferences and constraints.

As a trainer at IFSH, I taught dietetics, micronutrition, and integrative medicine to students in training. I designed and led courses combining theory and practice to convey a holistic approach to health. I also graded assignments and dissertations, supporting students in their progress. In parallel, I was in charge of two schools, with a role in pedagogical development and coordination. Finally, I participated in fairs and events to promote training courses and recruit new students.

As the pedagogical manager for the Lyon and Nice campuses of IFSH, I was responsible for monitoring and supporting students throughout their training. I managed registrations, responded to administrative and pedagogical requests, and ensured the quality of their program. I also supported students in writing their dissertations, providing advice and structure. Lastly, I was in charge of grading assessments, particularly end-of-year multiple-choice questions, thereby ensuring the proper acquisition of skills.
