Supporting Boucheron's teams as an operational legal partner within a lean in-house legal team, in a demanding environment specific to the luxury sector and Kering group's international ecosystem. Involvement in high-stakes business matters, in a multi-jurisdictional framework, ensuring compliance with Group standards for governance, risk management, and compliance.

Drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and securing a wide range of commercial contracts in French and English, particularly for partnerships, services, production, and supply chain, with daily interactions with the Communication/Marketing, IT/CRM, and Store Planning teams, as well as with EMEA sales teams. Supporting operational staff in structuring clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal solutions, in line with the Maison's objectives and Kering group's requirements, particularly regarding ethics, data protection, security, and supplier management.

Scope of work includes partnerships and service agreements, marketing and communication contracts (talents, agencies, creatives), production contracts (campaigns and content), IT/SaaS and supplier contracts, brand and intellectual property matters, as well as contractual governance (templates, playbooks, validation discipline, and Group contractual best practices).

As an independent lawyer, I assist companies and founders with cross-border business law issues in Europe and Africa, specializing in commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory risk management. My approach combines rigorous legal engineering with a strong operational culture, aiming to maintain negotiation momentum, ensure the enforceability of contractual documents, and guarantee the pragmatic execution of transactions.

Since September 2023, I have structured and finalized 45 agreements (MSA/SoW, confidentiality agreements, service contracts, partnerships, shareholder documentation) and provided end-to-end legal execution on over 18 cases in four jurisdictions, from letter of intent to signing, including risk identification, contractual negotiation (redlines), stakeholder alignment, preparation of closing files, and post-signature monitoring. I have also implemented scalable governance frameworks for eight entities (company formation, articles of association and shareholders' agreements, capital operations, documentation for boards of directors and general meetings), standardizing decision-making processes and approval workflows to reduce friction and accelerate execution.

I handle transactions and projects with values between 5 and 15 million euros, including, where applicable, the preparation of investment documentation and filings with the relevant authorities. I typically provide proposals for operational contractual modifications within 48 to 72 hours for priority negotiations. I also design reusable contractual templates and tools (templates, negotiation points, closing checklists) to improve the speed and consistency of recurring interventions.
