Specialist in the deployment and structuring of multi-site activities, I support companies facing challenges in launching, rapidly expanding, and industrializing field operations.

Coming from the electric vehicle charging sector (IRVE), I have managed large-scale physical infrastructure deployment programs, integrating issues related to land, energy, works, logistics, service providers, commissioning, and operations. This experience is now fully transferable to any type of distributed asset network (energy, mobility, retail or industrial, equipment in parking lots or customer sites).

I am involved in both operational management of field deployments and the structuring of organizations: definition of processes, implementation of operational tools (deployment tracking, CRM (Salesforce and Sitetracker admin), field tools, reporting), performance management, and supplier and partner relationship management.

I also support the skill development of teams, particularly on topics of electrical engineering and field constraints, in order to secure execution and industrialize practices.

Depending on the context, I operate with direct responsibility for operations or in interim management, with a results-oriented approach focused on reliability and scaling.
