Development from scratch of the MVP for the company's web application.

Autonomy on the entire technical part:

- architecture, technology choices

- data model definition (PostgreSQL)

- full-stack development (Node, TypeScript, React, NextJS)

- precise integration of mockups (Tailwind + shadcn/ui)

- two-factor authentication (2FA)

- tests (vitest, react-testing-library)

- automated deployment on Scalingo

Tech Lead within a team of 12 people: responsible for the technical viability of solutions proposed by product teams and guarantor of the quality of deliverables by rigorously applying Software Craftsmanship principles.

Available for technical support and coaching of the team's developers, while acting as a technical intermediary between the company's different teams to ensure alignment of objectives and technical solutions.

In charge of the complete redesign of the company's main web application.

Needs analysis for this new version, reflection and design of the new technical and functional architecture, technology choices.

The goal of this redesign is to completely redevelop the application from a clean slate, paying particular attention to code quality and maintainability.

Lead developer within a team of 3 to 5 people, development on both back-end and front-end. Technical environment:

- Project entirely developed in TypeScript (back and front)

- On the back-end, development of a GraphQL API on Node.js

- Data stored in the multi-model ArangoDB database (document, graph, key-value)

- On the front-end, development of various applications on React
