Following an initial outsourced development, I took ownership of a consumer real estate application, with the goal of securing its technical foundation and relaunching its evolution.

I conducted in-depth refactoring, including securing access, clarifying environments, and implementing a structured deployment process, with a clear separation between staging and production versions.

I proposed a first multi-agent AI workflow to the team, helping them maintain a larger application set with a smaller team.

On the mobile side, I implemented an automated over-the-air updates (OTA) system to accelerate delivery cycles and improve product responsiveness.

In parallel, I ensured knowledge transfer to the web team, to guarantee sustainable skill development and greater autonomy on the project.

Finally, I initiated and developed a new application from scratch dedicated to real estate brokers, laying solid technical foundations from the start.

Interpix gave me the opportunity to take over an incident management platform. This need arose after a previous development that was particularly disappointing from another team.

The initial requirement was clear: establish a sound initial architecture for the development of a React application.

At the same time, I was asked to start creating a component library, based on Interpix's design system.

After an initial setup, several members joined me to continue the platform's development.

This was an opportunity for me to participate in defining the requirements, proposing improvements to the ticket management process, and providing feedback on the initial plan.

I had the opportunity to join the Azzapp team and participate in the development of three applications for a networking platform. Including significant media management challenges, this platform consisted of two Front-End applications, mobile and web, respectively in React Native and React/NextJS. Then a Back-End application based on NextJS's API routes system.

The unique architecture of the Back-End allowed me to work in an edge/serverless environment, but also to use GraphQL on a larger scale. More generally, it was interesting to develop features with high performance stakes, met for example through denormalization, caching, and indexing mechanisms.

On the Front-End side, these projects were an excellent ground for deepening certain skills, particularly in animation, cache management & optimistic updates, and native development.

It was also an opportunity to bring my expertise and debate topics such as SSR, testing policies, software architecture, and many others.
