Daily AMOA assistance and operational support management via JIRA. My involvement covered configuration (customizing), monitoring developments (enhancements), and resolving complex incidents. In parallel with internal project management, I carried out documentation capitalization (operating procedures and configuration guides) to ensure the quality of knowledge transfer and the sustainability of support.

Full involvement in the project cycle via SAP Activate: facilitating Explore & Realize workshops, writing specifications, and configuring the solution (CBC, Fiori Apps). I ensured coverage of R2R flows (Accounting, Closing, Tax/RITA) and related flows (Collections & Disputes, O2C), while managing quality through integration testing (JIRA) and supporting BPO upskilling.

In charge of the Finance stream, I handled the entire Finance solution configuration via CBC, as well as data migration using Migration Cockpit. I ensured the smooth running of closing and reporting processes (FEC, VAT) while managing cross-functional integration with P2P and O2C flows. My involvement covered the entire Realize phase, from workshop facilitation and test execution to training and supporting BPOs at go-live.

In an S/4HANA On-Premise environment, I implemented critical interfaces for the O2C flow, notably the integration with PeopleSoft for cash receipt integration and reconciliation. I also secured cash flows by managing intercompany netting testing and payment instrument interfaces (SAP > Cash Solution).
