As part of my concierge service in Occitanie, I developed an interactive digital welcome booklet to offer a smooth and professional experience to travelers. This project allows clients to easily access essential information for their stay:

✅ Presentation of the accommodation and guide to using equipment

✅ Local recommendations (restaurants, activities, transportation)

✅ Practical information and house rules

✅ Secure interface with role management and authentication

This digital booklet improves the management of traveler reception and optimizes host autonomy. Thanks to my expertise in web and mobile development, I designed a modern and scalable solution, integrating a MongoDB database for content personalization.

As a software designer at R-TECH SYSTEMES, I had the opportunity to work on a custom software development project for inventory control of parts for a variety of industrial equipment. My role was to understand the company's specific needs and design a software solution that precisely met those requirements.

In collaboration with the R-TECH SYSTEMES teams, I analyzed existing processes, identified gaps and areas for improvement, and developed software that would simplify parts inventory management and estimate the risks associated with machine operation in case of stockouts.

Communication was a crucial aspect of my work, ensuring close collaboration with all stakeholders and maintaining regular follow-up on project progress.

The implementation of the software was an essential step, where I oversaw each phase of the deployment to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Ultimately, the final result was a success, providing R-TECH SYSTEMES with an effective solution for managing their parts inventory and minimizing operational risks associated with their use.

This experience allowed me to deepen my software design skills and discover the fascinating field of industrial equipment, while making a significant contribution to the company's operational efficiency. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked on such a challenging and rewarding project.

As project manager for the development of the event leisure software at Cartaloto, my journey has been a true professional adventure since my beginnings on November 30, 2019, until today. I had the privilege of leading a large-scale project, where each day brought its share of challenges and satisfactions.

From day one, I took on the responsibility of this project with determination and passion. My role was to guide a talented and diverse team, coordinate development activities, and liaise with all stakeholders involved.

Communication was at the heart of my mission. I ensured that each team member clearly understood the objectives to be achieved and the deadlines to be met. I also maintained open dialogue with Cartaloto's clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations were fully taken into account at every stage of the process.

My role as project manager also required me to juggle available resources, ensuring that we had the necessary means to carry out the project successfully, while respecting budget and time constraints.

Today, I am proud of the progress made and the achievements accomplished. The event leisure software we developed at Cartaloto is the result of remarkable teamwork and my personal commitment. But above all, this experience has allowed me to grow professionally and surpass myself.
