Through my work for various companies, industries, and as an entrepreneur, I know all the processes and topics that this transformation will bring for companies in connection with AI.
In this transformation process, I will primarily support you in 2 areas:
A) Training your managers and employees (from basic training to mandatory training for the EU AI Regulation and tool training, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT)
B) Selection and implementation of suitable tools / AI technologies
C) Process support for AI integration

My in-depth knowledge in the areas of project management, corporate strategy, marketing communication, and personnel/employer branding enables me to support you well in overcoming challenges in these areas. I bring entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility, creativity, openness, and empathy.
Through my long-standing membership in the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), I have acquired strong skills in HR, corporate management, mentoring, and coaching, and a deep understanding of entrepreneurship.
My expertise includes software applications such as Apple, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and project management tools such as Jira and Clickup. Methods such as Prompt Engineering, OKR, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Creative Thinking are part of my repertoire.
