    • • Brought Shareeq Neo — Fingular's embedded micro-lending product — from regulator framing through to live
    operations. Product covered KYC, regulator-mandated cooling-off windows, partner-bank integrations and post launch fraud monitoring.
    • • Set up the delivery rhythm from scratch: biweekly steering with the bank, weekly cross-team checkpoints with the three external partners, single tracker for inter-team dependencies. Twenty-eight of thirty integration milestones landed in the planned sprint.
    • • Wrote the compliance documentation pack and the post-launch monitoring framework the central bank used to clear the product for go-live and BAU operations.
    • • Unblocked disbursement under a missing partner API: built an automated agent that interacted directly with the Ooredoo customer UI — the bank's compliance team signed off the workaround as part of the sandbox approval. ~300 loans issued through the QCB sandbox.

    • • Launched a virtual card product under acute plastic-and-chip supply shortages — defined business requirements with the national payment scheme, provisioned BIN ranges, integrated with the mobile-wallet ecosystem. ~50,000 virtual cards issued; ~300,000 active mobile users regained full payments without physical plastic.
    • • Ran the parallel ATM track to make the digital-first card actually usable for cash withdrawal: sourced an NFC module vendor under acute supply constraints, prioritised the top ~200 ATMs by usage and rolled NFC across them. 12% of cardholders used contactless ATM withdrawal within the first 90 days.
