The program? I conduct an audit and quickly move to action 👩‍💻

- **Discovery**: analyze your needs and understand your users by seeking insights, data, conducting benchmarks, and using all UX levers and tools. I can propose a strategy to be operationally translated into a roadmap and other tracking tools for the development of tech products (web and mobile).

- **Organization/Methodology**: support you during the product creation process on team organization and staffing, coach you in applying good product practices with agile methods.

- **Delivery**: deliver a product by driving the tech team, managing the writing of user stories and the backlogs, and agile rituals necessary for the product's success.

- **Mobile**: specialized in mobile apps, native or hybrid, I drive the development of necessary APIs and endpoints (back and front teams).
