Over 20+ years across Itaú, J.P. Morgan Chase DTVM and Julius Bär, I built and led custody, onboarding and compliance operations from the ground up — often as the person brought in when a project had stalled, a process wouldn't close, or teams and systems weren't talking to each other.

What I do best:

Diagnose — I map the current state, find what's really blocking delivery, and separate the real problem from the noise.

Align regulation with operations — I translate regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS and local frameworks) into processes people can actually run, without breaking compliance.
