Manager for France and subsidiaries (Côte d'Ivoire, Angola, and Ghana) Creation, implementation, and management of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE): agenda preparation, invitation management, organization of monthly meetings, and minute writing. Personnel administrative management: recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, talent management, payroll and compensation monitoring. Support managers in employee management and development. Implement HR strategy and negotiate international employment contracts. Ensure the implementation and continuous application of compliance directives. Monitor HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, training...) and support audits to ensure compliance with requirements.

Contribution to social expertise and preparation of recurring or exceptional consultations Preparation and organization of CSE meetings: agenda, document collection, minute writing. Monitoring legal obligations related to IRPs and social dialogue: regulatory watch, manager support on labor law and social relations issues. Participation in the preparation and conduct of collective negotiations (salaries, working conditions, social benefits). Administrative and budgetary management: monitoring and processing invoices related to CSE operations and expertise (service providers, experts).

Position in English with an international team, managing 100 employees in Europe. VIE Recruitment (Germany, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, etc.), collaboration with managers, and mass sourcing to strengthen the talent pool. Headcount piloting and management of the allocated budget. Participation in "work council" meetings to legally validate job creation. Oversee HR projects, deploy the annual performance review, implement succession plans, and standardize processes for factories. Create a network of young graduates and develop a communication plan to optimize staffing for high-turnover factories. Analyze HR data, update databases, and produce monthly reports in the HRIS.
