Context

Within the IT department, I held the position of Project Manager on several initiatives, mainly in the areas of e-commerce, payment methods and legal procedures. At the same time, I served as Product Owner on a large Migration/transformation project of the general IS, where I was responsible for coordinating several teams in SAFe mode, with a particular focus on the Front End and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Tasks performed

- Project Management: Managing several simultaneous projects, ensuring their progress and success in a complex environment.

- Definition of the product vision: As Product Owner, I developed and prioritized the roadmap of features for the Front End part, ensuring alignment with user needs.

- Management of teams in SAFe mode: Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, implementation of agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to promote collaboration.

- Supervision of CI/CD processes: Ensuring the efficiency of CI/CD pipelines and environments, in collaboration with technical experts.

- Inter-team collaboration: Working closely with developers, designers and stakeholders to optimize development and delivery processes.

- Sourcing and organization of calls for tenders: Identification and evaluation of bidders, management of tender processes to ensure the selection of the best partners.

- Performance monitoring: Analysis of key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of projects and propose strategic adjustments.

Context

Creation of a data analysis center on the customer portal allowing to analyze the data of the car fleet, services and expenses over several years. (Methodology: agile SCRUM)

Tasks performed

• Project management, coordination and monitoring of the progress of work and reporting

• Animations of business workshops and agile ceremonies (SCRUM)

• Analysis of customer needs, definition of detailed functional specifications and development of a product roadmap

• Writing User stories on Azure DevOps

• Prioritize Backlog items in line with the product vision and objectives Ensure that Backlog items are understood by the development team

Context

The company Urvina Maroc, a client of Tectra, specializes in the marketing of products for industrial cleaning in Morocco.

Following the signing of a contract with a distributor in South Africa, the company saw the flow of goods increase, and therefore wanted to implement an ERP (ERP Tijara) capable of managing its supply, its warehouse, as well as its orders.

Tasks performed

• Analysis of user needs and drafting of specifications

• Assistance in choosing the appropriate solution and participation in design workshops
