Context:

Mission within Servier's QUANTUM program, aiming for digital transformation and industrialization of Finance & Procurement processes (R2R, FP&A, statutory consolidation) in a regulated GxP pharmaceutical environment. Redesign of EPM solutions Oracle HFM (ATLAS) and IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 (POLARIS), automation of financial flows, and integration of business needs into a standardized Finance Core Model, aligned with compliance, audit, and IT governance, in an international multi-site context.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of Finance & Procurement business needs

• Transformation of needs into traceable functional requirements compliant with GxP rules

• Harmonization of R2R processes and strengthening of data control and reliability through SPC indicators

• Supervision of the complete Build & Run lifecycle of ATLAS and POLARIS solutions, drafting functional and regulatory documentation

• Management of testing phases (System Testing, UAT), validation of deliverables, and user support during go-live

• Participation in Agile ceremonies and ITIL Run coordination (L2/L3 support, incident management, SLA, OPEX)

• Coordination of partners, project governance, budget management, and resource allocation

Digital transformation of financial steering and OPEX management processes at Société Générale. Program aimed at modernizing and harmonizing Finance solutions (IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, IBM Cognos Analytics, CCH Tagetik), automating financial flows, and integrating Finance & Procurement needs across 8+ entities and functions in a complex multi-business and multi-structure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Project management & transverse coordination: supervision of a team of 2 consultants, workshops, writing user stories, backlog and Agile sprints (JIRA, UNITY, TFS)

• Functional analysis & design: collection and writing of requirements, specifications, UAT test cases, user training

• Development & integration: BI scripts and solutions for collection/analysis from the Golden Source, management of +499 cubes, +500 dimensions, +267 scripts, +194 rules

• Automation & innovation: automated financial flows, Swagger API integration (JSON/Python), real-time Excel reporting with Planning Analytics

• KPI & reporting management: monitoring CTA, exchange rates, deferred taxes (IFRIC21), budget smoothing

• Change management & training support: design and implementation of programs for business teams

• Modernization of financial tools and creation of unified reporting across 8+ scopes

• Design of an OPEX simulation application compliant with ECB

• Implementation of an automated repository for the 2024 reorganization, integrating new Nearshore BUs and cost indicators

Within Orange's VISION project, aiming for global deployment of 5G and AI integration, modernization and unification of financial planning and reporting tools, optimizing data flows between operational units and generating projected savings >€6 billion over 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Project management & transverse coordination: supervision of 7 consultants for Orange France and Belgium, workshops, coordination with top management and finance helpdesk, backlog management and development tracking

• Functional analysis & design: writing specifications, impact analysis of migrations, proposing improvements, UAT management and user training

• Agile Methodology: Scrum Master to lead the agile transition, sprint planning and team meeting facilitation

• Deployment & BI tools: supervision of consolidated flow development and deployment, adaptation of SAP model for TideMark and Power BI, KPI and dashboard refinement

• Change management & training support: design and deployment of an international training program
