As a professional in the cleaning sector, I held the position of agency manager within a cleaning company, where I was responsible for the complete daily management of the activity.

Versatile and autonomous, I managed customer relations as well as the preparation of quotes, invoicing, commercial follow-up, and administrative follow-up. I was also in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff to ensure the quality of services and customer satisfaction.

I also oversaw the entire logistics aspect: schedule management, orders for equipment and products, selection of supplies adapted to the needs of the sites, and optimization of operational organization.

This experience allowed me to develop a solid organizational capacity, excellent customer service skills, and a global vision of the professional cleaning business.

With 25 years of experience in the retail sector, I held the position of store manager for 5 years, a role that allowed me to develop strong skills in management, commercial management, and development strategy.

During this period, I supervised teams of up to 20 employees, particularly during private sales events for which I was responsible for complete organization. These events represented a significant commercial challenge, welcoming nearly 5,000 customers in just 5 days and generating substantial revenue.

I was also responsible for merchandising in the two points of sale, product display, and customer experience. This included dispute resolution, stock monitoring, inventory management, and purchasing.

Committed to business development, I implemented performance levers to ensure constant sales growth, while proposing marketing actions and ideas to enhance the brand's visibility and promote products to customers.
