Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Release Train Engineer (RTE), I am involved in the management and optimization of value streams at scale. My approach is based on problem-solving through structured exchange (interrogative method), learning through experimentation and optimal situation setup (experiential method, brainstorming), and knowledge transfer through demonstration and application (demonstrative method). I support teams by leveraging Bruce Wayne Tuckman's Agile team development model and SAFe principles to structure collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

With a systemic vision, I facilitate synchronization between development teams, Product Owners, and management, thereby ensuring alignment of business objectives and maximizing delivered value. As an RTE, I implement and optimize Agile at scale events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, ART Sync, System Demos) and help organizations streamline their delivery while improving cross-functional communication.

I lead Agile workshops, continuous improvement rituals, and integrate gamification techniques to foster team engagement. My goal is to durably embed the Agile culture and ensure an effective work dynamic aligned with strategic challenges.

Thanks to my expertise in Agile and Lean methods, I help teams work in a serene, structured, and high-performing environment, ensuring incremental deliveries adapted to client needs and better management of dependencies and risks. My role as an RTE and Agile Coach is to create optimal conditions for effective, fluid delivery aligned with business expectations.
