Led the data migration from Wrike to Salesforce, a key step in the re-engineering of business processes, allowing for the redefinition and unification of the company's entire operational flow. Implemented an alerting system and PowerBI dashboards for daily monitoring, improving the visibility and responsiveness of operational teams. Automated critical processes (Webhook, Workato, Wrike, Salesforce), significantly reducing manual tasks and error risks. Supervised and trained a team of 4 engineers, with participation in code reviews, development best practices, and structuring of technical workflows. Deployed a ChatGPT-based analysis system for automatic invoice integration into XPRFLEX, enabling a 95% reduction in manual processing time. Designed a custom document generation system, resulting in annual savings of €100K while improving the consistency of internal and client deliverables.
