Within the creation BU, as part of the transformation of the PLM tool to accelerate product design by designers from different industrial sectors.

- Organize and lead user workshops to gather current and future business needs in line with the digital transformation of design professions.

- Collect and format the needs of various design professions in diverse industrial sectors ranging from bicycles to textiles, including footwear and bags.

Organize discovery phases with various business profiles to best understand user expectations.

- Define the optimal method for implementing all business needs to be applied in the new tool.

- Participate in the development of the deployment strategy for a new tool for product creators.

- Structure and plan business cases / business use cases and their deployment in the new tool to optimize value creation across various axes.

- Complete the mapping of business cases, on the specific needs of different industrial sectors today and tomorrow.

Within the CCDP (Customer and Commerce Digital Platform), in an international context, manage and lead product teams in direct contact with Leroy Merlin customers (website, checkout software, configuration aids, sales aids)... with the aim of improving customer experience.

Lead and monitor continuous improvement actions:

- Debrief P1 and P2 incidents;

- Lead the debriefing by identifying actions to prevent recurrence; - Populate dashboards to provide quality data;

- Monitor continuous improvement actions with product leaders.

Manage and Lead incidents:

- Communicate and explain the Incident Management process so that it is known to all CCDP stakeholders;

- Lead P1 and P2 incidents;

- Assist in decision-making to restore service as quickly as possible;

- Alert and deploy necessary resources in a war room to resolve the incident;

- Communicate on the incident, its impact, and its evolution;

- Escalate if necessary to a decision-making body.

Lead the Ops team (Scrum) and monitor OKRs.
