I created this company and hired more than 10 people in 3 years, mainly DevOps that I have upskilled. This allowed us to create a DevSecOps As A Service offer, the idea was to support scale-ups in their rise to power, DoNow focuses on tech, the scale-up on business. Once the infrastructure was in place, we support companies in the outsourcing of their infrastructure thanks in particular to our internal applications/bots. Our bots in Rust and NodeJS made it possible to check whether certain machines were not working unnecessarily or even to automatically block certain malicious IPs.

We install the ideal technical stack depending on the business, often we set up a Kubernetes with ArgoCD. For each client, we develop and deliver the IaC code corresponding to their infrastructure.

We have supported more than 15 clients over the years. We write with them the SLA, SLI, SLO, RTO and RPO.

I intervened in this company via DoNow for a request for technical support on the DevOps part.

I worked on the clusters of Salto, RTL and M6.

I worked within the DevOps teams of Bedrock, in particular on supporting developers to follow a DevOps vision and culture in their way of developing.

I also implemented the latest standards on Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Github Action, AWS, Graphana, New relic.

I also carried out load tests on the different clusters.

Development of a software in Rust allowing to name its commits automatically as well as to facilitate the opening of PR.

I was a DevOps engineer within the Seb Group, on the Digital Cleaning Platform and Headless platforms, I was in charge of maintaining and updating the platform. We worked on the new connected objects of the Seb Group as well as on the various brand and online sales sites from an infrastructure point of view:

Rewriting of an intelligent tool allowing the management of versions and the deployment of microservices in Ansible and Python.

Rewriting of a system allowing the management of configurations according to the different development environments.

Deployment of a Kubernetes staging and a cluster in production allowing the management of a hundred brand sites in IAC.

Implementation of an AWS architecture in Cloudformation Terraform and Ansible

Installation of a metric logging system, new relic, cloudwatch, opentelemetry and fluentd

Installation of Istio and Linkerd for Kubernetes

Production deployment of the various microservices

Writing several lambdas in Python and NodeJs

Implementation and writing of tools allowing the use of CI/CD processes using the GitOps pipeline

Writing NewRelic dashboards in Terraform

Management of MongoDB databases and migration to Atlas
