HEC Alumni, I support entrepreneurs in their creation or first fundraising rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A) on their strategic and financial challenges.
I have collaborated with over 60 companies in the last 5 years, across a wide variety of sectors.
I offer 3 types of services to help you build and grow your business:
1) Project Documentation:
> A PowerPoint pitch deck to present your company and address the points scrutinized by potential investors (with the involvement of a graphic designer for formatting).
> A financial business plan in Excel format to model your company's financial forecasts and enable you to make the best decisions (business model, development plan, etc.).
> Any other necessary documentation to interact with your stakeholders: grant application, response to calls for projects, sales presentation, etc.
2) Strategy and Finance Consulting:
I don't just create your pitch deck and financial business plan; the development of the documentation will be an opportunity for you to challenge yourself and progress.
Furthermore, for entrepreneurs who wish, I provide an external perspective to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving.
3) Fundraising:
Based on the company's financial needs assessed together, we will structure your financing: fundraising, grants, BPI / bank debt, tax credits, etc.
The goal will be to diversify and optimize your financing, while approaching potential investors and financiers who will enable you to grow your business.
