- Steering employee experience

- Steering the evolution of the Group barometer, business lines, onboarding, offboarding

- Steering motivation drivers

- Steering Audit, Business Continuity Plan, CSRD

- Steering the evolution of Quality of Life at Work

- Redesign of the onboarding process

- Implementation of Diversity/Inclusion initiatives

• Communication:

- Implementation of communications for the deployment of each Transformation project & initiative

- Creation of Group presentation materials (Committees, CSE, etc.)

- Implementation and management of the Summer Job campaign, the Onetech Graduate Program, the Diversity/Inclusion campaign, the Internship/Apprenticeship campaign with partner schools

- Developing integration plans for external service providers into the internal process

• HRIS Development/ Digital Transformation:

- Implementation and management of the Well'Com intranet site in English

- Implementation of a SharePoint for the recruitment team (gathering needs, writing specifications, sprint monitoring, testing, acceptance)

- Implementation and content management of a community of tutors for apprentices/interns

• HR Communication:

- Development of external and internal content for the recruitment process (documents, contracts, practical guide, evaluation grid, etc.) and various campaigns

- Creation of onboarding materials for summer jobs
