APINES project - creation of the Skynes and Dofin portals for firewall management, with the ultimate goal of real-time network security detection and protection.

Tasks :

• Development and Maintenance: Development of new features for the Skynes and Dofin portals, with deployment of fixes.

• Automated Tests and Deployment: Implementation of E2E tests with Cypress and CI/CD integration for continuous delivery.

• Technical Referent: Support for Front-end development teams through code reviews, pair programming, and training to ensure technical quality and consistency.

• UX/UI: Collaboration with a designer using Sketch and the PrimeNG design system to improve user experience through frequent exchanges and adjustments based on user feedback.

• Agile Methodology (SAFe certified): Participation in Agile ceremonies, product backlog management, and client demonstrations.

• Technological Watch: Monitoring technological evolutions to stimulate innovation in projects

Overhaul of the Green and SYRENAD portals dedicated to managing patient and organ donor records.

Tasks :

• Front-end Technical Referent :

As a Front-end expert, I guided teams by establishing best practices (clean code, TDD) and ensuring quality through code reviews and pair-programming. I also contributed to requirements analysis, architectural choices, and developer training to enhance their skills.

• Estimations, UX/UI and Development :

I actively participated in workload estimation to better plan sprints and deliveries. In terms of UX/UI design, I collaborated closely with designers to integrate user feedback and technical constraints, using a PrimeNG-based design system. I also contributed to the development of POCs to validate technical solutions, as well as the creation of reusable components, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the project.

• Documentation, Watch and Agile Participation :

I wrote technical documentation (Confluence), conducted regular technological watch, and actively participated in acceptance testing phases and Agile ceremonies.
