Together with Vivianne Bendermacher, I founded Techionista Academy, where we built a company from the ground up that helped over 1,000 professionals (mainly women) transition into roles in data and AI. With partners like Microsoft, Avanade, and Ilionx, we created high-impact learning programs and generated over €4 million in revenue. But more importantly, we changed careers, built confidence, and helped shift the face of tech — with representation and inclusion at the core.
Now, I’m ready for a new challenge.
