Tamara Milla Vigo

Experienced dance therapist and adult trainer, I hold a Master's degree in Artistic Creation and have been a certified Body-Mind Centering® practitioner since 2008.

I support diverse audiences (adults, teams, professionals, children) through bodily and creative approaches that promote stress management, body awareness, emotional communication, and the release of creative potential.

As a confirmed pedagogue, I work directly or as a subcontractor to design and lead tailor-made sessions, including:

Stress release and emotional regulation

Development of body awareness

Creative team building and cohesion

Playful movement sessions to stimulate collective energy

Developing creativity

I also design specific programs focused on child development, particularly on body language from birth to walking, in connection with the foundations of sensorimotor development.

I offer services via videoconference or in person, in French and Spanish, and am available for one-off assignments, pilot workshops, or long-term collaborations.
