I contribute to the growth of the companies I join through various aspects of HR development, particularly in recruitment strategies, talent retention, training policies, career management, as well as HR communication and employer brand development.

On a daily basis, I am guided by strong ethical values. Each of my actions promotes the valorization of human capital. I am committed to identifying employee motivators and aligning them with the General Management's strategy.

I have had the opportunity to work in large groups as well as in start-ups, to discover the workings of matching in consulting firms, and also to experience the entrepreneurial adventure, which allows me to adapt easily to different work environments, business sectors, and company cultures, and to understand their challenges in order to better address them.

- Recruitment strategy consulting, process and tool improvement such as ATS or candidate experience.

- Management of the recruitment process from A to Z, from understanding needs/positions to onboarding.

- Sourcing and headhunting via various social networks and specialized sites (LinkedIn, Github, Xing, Stackoverflow, and Meetup...)

- Recruitment of tech profiles (Fullstack and Mobile developers, DevOps, Product, data scientist/analyst), sales profiles (SDR, Account Manager, Business Developer, KAM, CSM, Sales Manager), and marketing and support profiles (Pre-Sales).

- Training managers in interviews and recruitment techniques (scorecard).

- Employer brand management, relationships with schools and universities, and Meetup.
