- Pirog.ioProduct Designer (UX Researcher / UX-UI Designer)SOFTWARE PUBLISHINGJune 2024 - March 2025 (9 months)I assisted Pirog in the redesign of their website and 4 products through targeted missions since June 2024.This collaboration initially started with the website redesign, where I was assisted by a Junior Brand Designer who created the logo and defined the basic typography and colors. Starting from the old version of the site, I proposed a new sitemap and a new structure for the homepage.Secondly, I carried out the graphic redesign of the piChat product (the front-end interface).Thirdly, I started working on piTransfer, and as the product positioning was not sufficiently differentiating from the competition, I proposed to go into discovery to redefine the features.During a kick-off workshop, 3 main target audiences were defined, as well as the methodology (qualitative - exploratory interviews and quantitative - questionnaires) and their objectives. To write the questionnaire protocol and prepare the interview guide, I consulted ChatGPT to help identify a list of competitors among the most used similar tools in France.The interviews took place, I analyzed the data, produced a presentation for the report, and presented the results in a meeting.The results of the discovery research allowed us to avoid an unnecessary redesign and to understand that a product pivot was necessary before moving forward.The client put the project on hold in favor of other parallel projects.
