Objective: Lead the transition of a Legacy ecosystem (PHP 5.2/Oracle) to a modern architecture (Symfony 7/DDD), while ensuring the continuity of financial flows.

Technical & Architectural Expertise:

Modernization Strategy: Design of a new Symfony 7 application and development of a modern software layer (OOP, Front Controller) integrated with the Legacy foundation to accelerate delivery.

Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Implementation: Modeling complex business domains in the Symfony part to ensure high maintainability.

Flow & Payment Expertise: Migration of the financial layer to MS Dynamics and integration of the Concert protocol for TPE communication.

Technical Interoperability: Establishment of communication between silos (5.2 vs 7) through session cookie management and shared contexts.

Inventory Management: Implementation of a tool to allow 700 stores to better manage their inventory by controlling supplier orders based on monthly sales.

DB & Infrastructure Environment: Optimization of complex Oracle queries. Implementation of Docker for the modern development environment.
