Mission objectives:
As Billing Product Owner, my mission is to be the point of contact for the team for all its internal clients. I carry the image of the team through OVHcloud, collect needs and formalize these needs within the framework of the execution of the roadmap.

Tasks:
Organize the project portfolio
Identify the adherences between the team's projects and activities

The Ministry of Ecology wishes to set up a tool for the various partner companies (5430 companies) to submit their order and authorization requests in order to automate the management of flows and the creation of new orders. This tool is interfaced with around twenty applications via APIs and Web Services.
