Context: Technical lead for the Alto Constraint application, intended for the administration of investment constraints (creation, update, archiving, assignment to client portfolios). Technical lead for the Constraint, Performance, and Risk areas. Main missions:

🔹 Initial phase (Scrum, 2-week sprints) Dual role: Lead Developer & Product Owner. Gathering business requirements from business analysts and clients. Writing functional specifications and technical documentation on Jira and Confluence. Task allocation and team monitoring (4 developers). Conducting bi-weekly demos to validate project progress. UML design of the Alto Constraint application with API integration to expose constraint-related data and enable communication with other systems. Proposal and implementation of Test Container for integration tests following database lock issues.

🔹 Transition to SAFe Dual role: Tech Lead & Scrum Master. Evolution of the team into a Feature Team (7 people) with 1 PO, 4 developers, 2 business analysts. Participation in agile transformation and adoption of the SAFe framework within the Wealth Asset Management department. SAFe 6 Agilist certification obtained in May 2023. Coaching the team on new Agile practices and facilitating ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Parallel management of several applications: Alto Constraint, Alto PM (Portfolio Management), Alto Core, Alto ICCS (constraint execution engine). Implementation of services for AUM performance calculation, alerts and losses (Alert and Loss), and client portfolio risk calculation. Implementation of REST APIs enabling communication between different applications. Use of RestEasy to expose client portfolio performance and risks.

Context: Team of 7 people (including 1 PO and 1 Scrum Master). Agile Methodology (Scrum, 15-day sprints). Refactoring of the REF part (Security Reference Data, Counterparty Reference Data, Portfolio Reference Data, etc.). Participation in the development and production deployment of the CARAT project. Main missions:
