Context: Join the SAP Cofely competence center to participate in the corrective and evolutive maintenance activities of SAP FI-CO modules (with a focus on FI)

Tasks performed:

➢ Project Activities: Finance Lead for the Vendor Invoice Flow on the interface modernization project

• Coordination with all individuals responsible for the flow (EAI, AMOA, business accounting teams)

• Analysis of the existing system (EAI) then taking charge of the new KAFKA tool

• Review of business rules and evolution with business teams

• Update of technical specifications

• Drafting of the testing plan + piloting the unit testing campaign: sending vendor invoices to the Kafka Pre-production environment to verify their consumption in SAP EIA (Testing)

• Go-live and post-launch support

➢ Run Activities: Intervention during closing work and recurring monthly activities

• Opening of number ranges for each environment, opening of accounting periods, launching of automatic reconciliation programs, launching of depreciation and VAT declaration programs
