• Management of the "Metropolitan" and "TOEX" projects with an investment of 68M€:

• Conducting budget analysis, needs assessment, and managing 55 contractors/suppliers.

• Coordinating and successfully executing sourcing, consultations, and tenders to select suppliers and create shortlists.

• Preparing decision-support matrices for each consultation.

• Automating the scoring process for evaluations.

• Performing in-depth financial and administrative analyses to assess the viability of offers, emphasizing profitability and compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborating in negotiation rounds with suppliers.

• Analyze and improve the Titanium procurement strategy for both Direct/Indirect scopes.

• Lead the Supply Chain integration into the Conbid process project for POMM with a portfolio budget of 1,5M€.

• Lead and manage the suppliers performance dashboard for the indirect scope.

• Collaborate with suppliers, manage the KPI, analyze the performance dashboard, set development strategies and support SCQMs to negotiate recovery plans with suppliers.

• Manage the deployment of a supplier performance measuring tool "Skywise" for Indirect scope, analyze the Data, report issues, propose solutions and update the roadmap.

• Represent POMMT and POMO during MFT as a focal point for the Titanium task force.

• Coordinate between POMM departements to asses the actual procurement strategy.

• Evaluate the current process, identify, and analyze issues within Conbid.

• Develop an innovative information flow management system enabling Airbus to closely monitor all purchasing orders for raw materials. . Train the POMM teams on Conbid and the new flow strategy.

• Improve supplier selection for Titanium requirements and support the definition of performance and capacity requirements following the Conbid process.

• Ensure the deployment of Supply Chain Standards, SCQM methods, and tools such as load/capacity studies, crisis management, and KPIs.

• Monitor supplier performance, analyze capacity risks, and initiate support actions if necessary while ensuring KPI updates. » Optimization of cost management and improvement of contractual terms. >> Enhancement of visibility, traceability, and tracking of purchase orders. » Improved supplier performance oversight and management (OTD) enabled by the new information flow management system.
