Ensure the skills development of consultants (Training Plan, Coaching, Evaluation). Analyze quality feedback and participate in the realization of 5P, Action Plans and present them to Clients. Lead the continuous improvement of Deliverable Processing Processes. Prepare the Backup Plan regarding Ramp-ups and Turn-Overs at the team level.

Schedule the evolutions applied to the BOM of Series and Pre-series vehicles and ensure their application on ERP systems. Lead weekly meetings with the Plant to share planned BOM evolutions. Analyze anomalies and plant feedback on manufacturing orders. Analyze discrepancies detected between Assembly Plans and the BOM and lead correction actions. Lead meetings with business teams (Harnesses, EE...) to refine evolution requests. Perform reporting to the project and communicate progress to project stakeholders (Plant, Engineering, Supplier). Participate in the launch of Hybrid Projects, BEV Gen 2, Vehicle Mid-Life by ensuring the completeness and exhaustiveness of the BOM.

Tasks and Achievements

Establish a workload tracking application and internal KPIs for the Manufacturing Nomenclature activity. Map the processes for handling the various deliverables of the Manufacturing Nomenclature activity. Develop the skills matrix for consultants and automate quizzes.
