Drafter for building permit (PC) in France.

Tasks: existing survey, site plan design, level plans, AA/BB sections, 4-sided elevations, graphic insertion. Tools: Archicad, Photoshop.

Deliverable: complete building permit file ready for submission to the town hall, compliant with the PLU.

Contribution to the development project of the New City of Arivonimamo. Collaboration with the technical team to ensure compliance with specifications. Establishment of quotes and verification of quantities.

Creation of CAD plans: plan alignment, layout, tabulation, and Google Earth import. Entry of SIA data, earthworks, sanitation, and hydraulic structures. Entry of BDQ quantities and creation of a VBA Excel application for automation.
