• • Conducted competitor analysis (Procore, Raken, SmartPM) and defined a positioning around prescriptive, project specific insight rather than raw data capture targeting firms with 5–30 on-site workers.

• • Integrated a "Weekly Decision Pack" concept using of site conditions, and recommendations.

• • Owning a multi-system data pipeline across SAP, Qadex, Excel, and internal ticketing. Managing article creation, recipe validation, allergen checks, and till configuration for 12 restaurants within Harrods, coordinating handoffs across culinary, procurement, food safety, and other stakeholders.

SAP S/4HANA Migration -

• • During data migration and mapping worked on critical transaction gaps during migration from legacy SAP, including the absence of moving average price logic. Flagged cross-departmental data dependency issues with the buyers team and worked toward a viable solution.

• • Identified planning variant bloat caused by cross-site ingredient inheritance, where recipes from one site incorrectly populated stock planning for another. Raised issue with data engineers and proposed a scoping fix to reduce mis-ordering risk.

• • Monitored post-cutover culinary transactions during hypercare period, resolving live issues and stabilising day to day operations. -

• • Coordinated requirements across culinary, beverage, and project teams for new restaurant launch.

• • Created and validated 350+ food and beverage articles; configured till system and product order sheet in collaboration with data engineers.

• • Managed front of house operations across 6 restaurants within Dining Hall simultaneously, managing table allocation for walk-in, reservation, and penthouse guests while handling daily escalations across venues.

• • Drove a 9% reduction in table turn time by using SevenRooms CRM analytics to identify seating inefficiencies and track guest flow patterns across venues, informing procedural changes and section balancing decisions.
