I support manufacturers in the digitalization of their maintenance and production through tailor-made solutions: Python CMMS, real-time monitoring, OEE/TRS dashboards, and integration with existing systems (ERP, Excel).

Specifically, I designed and deployed a complete CMMS (Python, PyQt5, SQLite) for an industrial group:

– Structured tracking of equipment and interventions

– Usable breakdown history

– Automation of reporting and performance indicators

Result: better visibility on machine downtime and a solid foundation for continuous improvement.
