Redesign of ANCOLS intranet: analysis and centralization of needs; qualitative audit of content and intranet navigation architecture; production of recommendations for intranet redesign; definition of the roadmap for implementing recommendations and ensuring project schedule adherence. Project management of the redesign in collaboration with IT, General Secretariat, and Training department teams.

Within the web marketing and customer experience department, my role consisted of: Managing the daily operations of the websites. Implementing updates, design modifications, and functional improvements on Drupal sites. HTML integration of email campaigns. Collaborating with the IT department to integrate new features and improve UX. Monitoring and analyzing website statistics.

Reporting to the Information System department, responsible for updating all media and developing web interfaces related to the publication needs of cross-functional departments. I also participate in the development of the digital channel by managing publications on technological platforms (Internet, Intranet, Smartphones, tablets...). Project management.
