Redesign of the ANCOLS intranet: analysis and centralization of needs; qualitative audit of the intranet's content and navigation architecture; production of recommendations for intranet redesign; definition of the roadmap for implementing recommendations and ensuring adherence to the project schedule. Project management of the redesign in collaboration with the IT department, the general secretariat, and the training manager.

Within the web marketing and customer experience department, my role consisted of: Ensuring the daily management of websites. Implementing updates, design modifications, and functional improvements on Drupal sites. HTML integration of email campaigns. Collaborating with the IT department to integrate new functionalities and improve UX. Monitoring and analyzing website statistics.

Reporting to the Information System department, responsible for updating all media and developing web interfaces related to the publishing needs of transversal business units. I also participate in the development of the digital channel by managing publications on technological platforms (Internet, Intranet, Smartphones, tablets...). Project management.
