With over 10 years of experience in fashion and garment manufacturing, I support companies in all stages of creation and production of their collections, from design to delivery.

I design textile collections and ready-to-wear for women, children, and accessories, with a particular focus on creating original prints, producing precise sketches and technical sheets, and overseeing fittings and adjustments. I analyze market trends to offer innovative and relevant designs.

I coordinate the organization and monitoring of collection plans with creative teams, develop technical sheets and production files, and supervise prototype validation. I manage production, costs, and relationships with suppliers, while ensuring quality through rigorous monitoring of service providers and various printing techniques.

- Selection of raw materials, colors, and printed patterns

- Creation of hand-drawn or digital sketches (Illustrator/Photoshop)

- Preparation of detailed technical files (French/English) for production

- Creation of measurement sheets for pattern making (without actual pattern creation)

- Monitoring of fittings and model adjustments (validation of SMS and PPS, shipment samples)

- Quality control of production.
