As a freelance communication professional, I have supported various clients on projects combining events, digital, social media, and visual identity, from conception to implementation.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization and management of B2B events with 100 to 150 participants

-> End-to-end event project management: vendor coordination, logistics, planning, and operational follow-up

• Creation of an e-commerce website on Shopify for reselling cosmetic products (site structure, content, launch)

• Design and creation of the visual branding for a food truck

• Creation and management of Facebook Ads campaigns aimed at increasing the visibility and number of followers for client pages

At the heart of the growth of two master franchises (fit20 and ActionCOACH), I ensured synergy between the strategic vision of the parent companies, the master franchises, and the field execution. A combination of project management, marketing engineering, and human coordination to guarantee successful deployment.

The pillars:

• **Network Management & Coordination**: Facilitation of monitoring bodies (Scrum Accounts, partner meetings), management of coach tickets, and interface between management and technical service providers.

• **Marketing Automation & Funnels**: Architecture and updating of conversion funnels, automation of email/WhatsApp campaigns, Pipedrive configuration, and data flow management (Data/Business).

• **Content Strategy & Branding**: Supervision of graphic and video production, creation of templates (emails, signatures, brochures), strategic proofreading, and multilingual adaptation of content (blogs, social media).

• **Events & Logistics**: Operational organization of trade shows, conventions, and BizX events, including the creation of digital and physical materials and ticket management.

• **Technical & Digital Support**: Administration of collaborative tools (Zoom, Calendly, websites) and creation of monthly reports to monitor the performance of actions taken.
