About Sylvie

Artificial intelligence projects are multiplying, and today, the challenge is their deployment in the field. Success relies on team ownership and integration into business practices. However, an gap often persists between imagined use cases and actual adopted uses. It is precisely in this transition from project to usage that value creation and ROI for AI projects are realized.

I help leaders, transformation directors, and AI program managers to secure the implementation of use cases in the field and the creation of value for the company.

My intervention consists of identifying the discrepancies that can hinder project ownership: business realities, work practices, processes, organization, interfaces between teams, cooperation methods, management, and human dynamics. I then support key stakeholders in activating the right levers to create the conditions for sustainable adoption of new uses.

As a corporate ethnologist for over 25 years, I work closely with the field through an approach combining ethnographic research, collective intelligence, and support for project leaders and managers.

Because adoption difficulties are rarely solely technological, I reconnect artificial intelligence projects to field realities so that they produce the expected results.
