Transition Manager in Human Resources, I intervene in operational roles, project management, and organizational setup. My status: payroll outsourcing, which allows me to work directly with companies or through an EMT. Primarily industrial, what drives me most is helping you achieve your goals! I am currently available for a mission in the Hauts de France region, preferably in the Lille & surrounding area, Valenciennes, Douai, Cambrai, Maubeuge, Arras, Saint Quentin.

Objectives of this development mission:

- Create the HR development function and managerial leadership development in co-design with the skills development manager of InPost Poland.

- Define and deploy talent management processes for 400 key individuals: from design to synthesis of the company's talent identification process (Talent review, notion of performance, potential, talents) and associated development plans.

- Revitalize and give meaning to the annual review campaign (revision of forms, preparation and animation of webinars, campaign monitoring, specifications for exploiting results).

- Translate the Leadership Framework to the Executive Committee and prepare its deployment for managers.

- Raise awareness and support managers and HR in the development of human resources and skills.

- Develop managerial skills by creating managerial training programs with the instructional design team.

- Support the transformation of operational manager roles in agencies.

- Participate in the recruitment of the new service manager and their integration.

GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (Legal, R&D, 450 people, worldwide) HR partner to the Vice Presidents of R&D and LEGAL of the group, I deployed a global HR policy serving the objectives of their functions. To do this, I translated strategic action plans into global operational HR plans to promote the managerial culture specific to each department. Other missions: -Oversee talent management within departments (talent review, Ninebox, talent programs) -Recognize expertise and work with experts to promote it. -Coordinate HR at the group level in collaboration with local (from Chicago to Singapore!) and global HR teams for LEGAL and R&D functions
