    As part of a strategic HR mission, I conducted 240 professional, mid-career, and end-of-career interviews with employees from a company with diverse profiles. These interviews helped identify key skills, professional aspirations, training needs, as well as development or retraining prospects.
    In parallel, I provided personalized support to the executive team, directors, and operational managers through individual and group coaching. The objective was to help them better understand human issues, develop their managerial posture, and integrate interviews into a proactive workforce planning (GEPP) approach.
    I also contributed to the development of the GEPP procedure and the structuring of internal mobility, in line with the organization's needs and employees' wishes. This work involved:

    - Formalizing an interview framework adapted to each typology
    - Writing usable HR summaries
    - Analyzing skills and career paths
    - Detecting weak signals (motivation, health, retraining, departure)
    - Implementing monitoring and reporting tools

    This mission allowed me to leverage my skills in active listening, strategic HR analysis, change management support, and executive coaching.
