These interviews helped identify key skills, professional aspirations, training needs, as well as development or retraining prospects.In parallel, I provided personalized support to the executive team, directors, and operational managers through individual and group coaching. The objective was to help them better understand human issues, develop their managerial posture, and integrate interviews into a proactive workforce planning (GEPP) approach.I also contributed to the development of the GEPP procedure and the structuring of internal mobility, in line with the organization's needs and employees' wishes.
