Innovation engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in various sectors (consulting and entrepreneurship) and a systemic vision, I pragmatically advise leaders in their business development strategy: vision, development strategy, innovation management, protection and valorization of innovations, valuation of the company and its intangible assets, development of partnerships, as well as individual and collective coaching to foster innovation and creativity within the organization, and to support transition and change phases.
I created Nowall innovation to support companies in the development of their economic activity through innovation and strategic partnerships. I leverage my systemic vision of companies and projects by integrating legal, technical, marketing, human, and financial dimensions.
I have developed a specialization in innovation valorization (technology transfer, licensing) and financial valuation of intangible assets (patents, trademarks, software, applications, websites, as well as know-how, trade secrets, contracts...).
Financial valuation being a separate discipline, it now has a dedicated subsidiary: Finantis Value.
