This training aimed to explain what PSR are, understand the stress mechanism, and offer a range of tools to protect oneself and one's team. Role-playing games were used to help managers acquire the right managerial postures for various situations encountered (organizational changes, team conflicts, employee burnout, disciplinary meetings...). Manager feedback was very positive regarding the day's structure, alternating between top-down information/videos and role-playing, as well as the shared toolkit.
