For me, well-being at work starts with the satisfaction of a job well done. I've made it my profession ;-)

My method:
1 - HR Audit: I conduct a diagnosis of the situation to precisely understand the issue to be addressed.
2 - Co-design of the action plan: We build the action plan together so that it takes into account your challenges and contributes to achieving your objectives while providing effective solutions to the situation.
3 - Project monitoring: Identification of stakeholders, planning of corrective actions, measurement of results, decision-making on potential adjustments... the goal: To quickly achieve a healthier situation.
I will personally be involved in training managers on health and safety at work, conflict management, change management, and process regulation. For the rest, I surround myself with the best!
