I have been involved in WordPress projects led by Perfecto Tech since 2016, and I have been their lead WordPress developer since late 2021.

I work directly with clients such as SMEs, associations, and local authorities, or as a subcontractor for web agencies lacking technical expertise. I also team up with other freelance graphic designers or integrators.

I can handle complete full-stack site creation, but my core expertise lies inback-end development**: functional and technical customizations, bug fixes, custom plugins, connections to CRMs or ERPs, and data migrations. I specialize in **community sites(with member areas) and **e-commerce**.

My skills in analysis and project management (MOA/MOE) allow me to help you clarify your needs andproperly structure your developmentsfor better sustainability.

My strong knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem enables me to quicklyanalyze and audit your existing setup**. I can easily work on older sites to **improve or optimizethem.

A proactive participant in the WordPress community, I have co-organized meetups and WordCamps, spoken at several events to share my experience, and contributed to documentation translations.

Within the IT department, I defined the strategy and collaboration tools for the web, and managed their life cycle. In particular, I implemented 2 tools with a team of contractors:

• The Mega modeling tool, to create and share a central repository of the IS (250 applications and their exchange flows) and the business processes it supports, with the IT department.

• The Lotus Quickr collaborative spaces tool, used throughout the company. 50 spaces were created (project spaces or operational spaces), half of which are still active in 2011.

I managed a Web Technical Expertise Cell of 4 people within the IT department: implementing a Java development framework, and a graphic and ergonomic charter; creating a web portal for the company's intranet and extranet applications. Technological watch and internal evangelization on content management and enterprise portals. Facilitated a monthly web coordination committee with the Communication department.
