My name is Sylvia Mazerin-Lefèvre - Founder of BWK Management, and I have dedicated the last 2 years to learning from those who write the history of our emotions!
I discovered this appetite for this universe, which was unknown to me, when after an annual review announcing a promotion, I literally collapsed.
No, not burnout, just a spark that gave me the momentum to approach an uncomfortable zone of genius to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure.
Our emotions have an adaptive function, they communicate messages to us and help us make better decisions.
In light of the dynamic spiral, we are at the crossroads of a managerial model of performance and success and a collaborative experience that emphasizes the right professional/personal balance.
Decoding one's own emotions and those of others allows us to align our values, emotions, and resources, to find our leadership posture, communicate a difficult decision, overcome a glass ceiling, increase our assertiveness, fill our confidence gauge… as many reasons as emotional intensity that we can regulate in service of an operational and emotional objective.
One thing is for sure, what will never change is that everything changes, so perhaps, with a little audacity, let's combine intelligence and emotions to grow and adapt, for ourselves, for others, and for the environment.
