· Organization and facilitation of weekly contribution domain committees and cross-functional meetings

· Participation in departmental weekly committees, bringing together all domain managers and project directors

· Preparation of materials and Minutes for committees and meetings

· Facilitation of workshops with business departments

· Development of Requirements Specifications

· Validation of SFDs and scoping notes

· Participation in project and business testing workshops: development of the requirements matrix, test efforts, and test cases, request for correction of declared anomalies…

· Change management: Participation in the preparation of training materials and presentation sessions of the tool and new processes to business departments

· Budgetary control of turnover

· Calculation and monitoring of management indicators: Net Banking Income (NBI)

· Consolidation of accounts for different scopes

· Monthly and quarterly closings

· Preparation of management reports and materials for board meetings and general assemblies

· Redesign and harmonization of IT tools

Deliverables:

• Management of the quarterly Solvency II closing

• Facilitation of the closing schedule monitoring committee and reporting

• Production of Solo QRTs for the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution)

• Production of data for integration into Group consolidated QRTs

• Optimization of closing files

• Writing and optimization of closing procedures

• Response to ad-hoc requests from the Group and Management

Management of the project for integrating Lines of Business (LOB) into the accounting tool (ORACLE)

• Facilitation of workshops with business departments
