RADaR Project

Counterparty Risk Reporting Project Description: within the GIT-Risk IT department, the RADaR (Risk Analytics Data Reporting) project aims to provide counterparty risk reports via the PRISM dashboard, developed and maintained internally, based on the central RADaR database.

My achievements

• Specifications and analysis of business needs for the design of adapted IT solutions;

• Business needs scoping workshops;

• Management of developments for the technical scope related to the subjects;

• Support for writing and executing test plans related to the evolutions handled, as well as for TNR (Non-Regression Test) campaigns;

• Validation of developments and requested corrections - Proactive solution proposal

• Deliverables: Functional specifications / Test plan and reporting / Test report Participation in the development of Steering Committee RB 2023 and Go/NoGo materials Preparation of RB 2023 deployment (SCT switchover schedule, various testing phases)

SEPA Rulebook 2023 Regulatory Release

Project Description: As part of the Rulebook 2023 implementation, participation in various analysis sessions to secure the scope of the release within the SCT squad

• Management and analysis of interbank flows during exchanges and settlement with CSMs EBA clearing (Step2 and STET) - Issuance and retrieval

My achievements

• Analysis and execution of End-to-End tests for various assets (acquisition engine, execution, filtering and compliance, reachability to CSMs) - integrated into Core banking systems

• Execution of the Run during various sprints

• Facilitation of various Agile ceremonies

• (Steering Committee, Go/NoGo Sessions) Deliverables: User Stories / Test plan and reporting / Test report Development of Steering Committee RB 2023 and Go/NoGo materials (SCT switchover schedule, various testing phases)

• addition of additional fields in the HMI for Recalls

Project Description: CANDRIAM offers innovative and diversified investment solutions in asset management - The Fusion Invest project and application focus on front-to-back investment portfolio management: Order placement for funds, Position closing management, Corporate actions, Benchmarks, thus covering all financial businesses.

My achievements and Deliverables provided

• Development of the Test Strategy in English

• Monitoring the Run on Fusion Invest's various application releases

• (bugfix - Monitoring of editor Finastra's Evolution Cases)

• Qualification and tracking of work items in Azure

• (PBI, request, test Suites, test cases, Boards)

• Execution of functional tests and TNR on sprints and on 8 annual releases

• Development of dashboards in English and distribution of test reports
