Facilitated a 2-day in-company Excel training for a group of 3 participants in a professional environment. The mission involved designing and delivering a program tailored to specific operational needs, with a core curriculum on Excel fundamentals and targeted in-depth modules on summary tables, conditional formulas, pivot tables, and charts. The training was structured with a highly practical approach, including training materials, guided exercises, and practical applications related to the participants' business context.

At AW Formation, I served as the remote Operational Manager for an e-learning content production business. I structured the organization (processes, planning, tracking tools) and managed the execution of content creation projects. Notably, I recruited and onboarded trainers/authors responsible for producing modules (scoping, onboarding, support), ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines.

As a Supply Chain Project Manager at Lidl France, I designed and managed the development in Excel/VBA and then the national deployment of an order automation tool. I defined the requirements, developed the solution, organized testing phases, and supported the deployment with the teams. Result: an estimated saving of 1 hour per day per store, across several hundred stores, with a constant focus on operational efficiency and reliability.
